Az, origional a shorting for Alkmaar Zaanstreek combination, discharged in 1967 out of a fusion between Almaar 54 and FC Zaanstreek. As before in the years around 1980 as in the latest six years the club hears at the top of the Netherlands. On the UEFA priority list of the best clubs in Europe, AZ is standing as second Dutch club on place 20.
Az Alkmaar is this year for the 4e time our tournament member. AZ let every year see, that they have a very good young schooling.
